From on-the-go recipes to recipes that nurture your heart as well as your stomach–some recipes shared in this space have meaningful stories. I pray you enjoy learning the backstory of these delicacies.

I know what it’s like searching for recipes and coming across longwinded blog posts. It’s vexing because the truth is, most of the time, you only visited the page or clicked on the link to get the darn recipe, not to read a dissertation on why green beans deserve to be in a casserole. With that said, let’s get into this 10 minute stir fry. This recipe costs $20 to make and is a guaranteed people pleaser.

Here’s what you need!

Sauté’ all ingredients for 6 minutes in one pan on medium heat. Then pair with rice. That’s it!

Froth or mix your matcha powder into 1-2 Tbsp of water. Add ice. Then add your protein shake. This recipe is 165 calories and 30 grams of protein.
